What is The Edison Project

ETBI was involved in a European Project, Edison, with Spain, Austria, UK, The Netherlands, and Italy,
to develop a programme of professional development for teachers, focussing on the development of
the following:

The entrepreneurial attitude and skills of the teacher.
A pedagogy that supports classroom activity to enhance the entrepreneurial attitude and
skills of the students.
A cross-curricular approach to entrepreneurial education.
An entrepreneurial school culture.

1 – Exploring Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Education
2 – Developing Entrepreneurial Skills in your Classroom
3 – Developing an Entrepreneurial School/Centre Culture

The Programme focuses on five key entrepreneurial skills

Entrepreneurial Education “Edison”
A Professional Development Programme on Entrepreneurial Education to help schools/colleges/centres build an entrepreneurial culture
